Strengthening Group Standards: Sister Company Craven Surface Treatments Achieves BSI AS9100 Certification

We are proud to share a major quality milestone within our business group. Our sister company, Craven Surface Treatments, also under the leadership of Managing Director Tony Heaton, has officially achieved BSI AS9100 certification, the internationally recognised quality management standard for the aerospace, aviation, and defence sectors.

Building on the foundations of ISO 9001, AS9100 is tailored specifically for safety-critical and highly regulated supply chains. This certification from BSI independently confirms that robust, world-class systems for risk management, traceability, and continuous improvement are in place across the services they provide, including fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI), aluminium anodising, and specialist surface engineering.
